Search for lost money! Get your Money!

You might have money that you don't know about. if not you, then maybe your friends, family members, business, yeshiva etc. take a look! get your money! do the mitzva of hashavat aveidah!
go to www.osc.state.ny.us and click on unclaimed funds.............it will take you to http://www.osc.state.ny.us/ouf/index.htm

type in your last name and click search. if you see your name and an address where you lived, then follow the prompts to claim your money! it's only a few minutes online and then you will get your check in the mail! do this search for your family and friends and tell them about it! you can also search for common misspellings of your name, and often the address might be a previous address or a mix up. 
There are many frum names on this list, and many yeshivos - tell them about it so they can get their money! basically, there are many bank accounts that give over the money to the state to hold onto, and you need to say it's yours so they can send it to you! it could be a bank account you once had, or a phone bill or health insurance or life insurance or other company that owes you money from years ago- get it here! Do a search for "yeshiva" and there were many results. Also for the last name "cohen" etc  many results.
